Evolve Your Creative Health Practice Funding & Mentoring

Laura supported the development of a significant application to Arts Council for this Place Partnership Programme. She designed and is delivering the Sector Support strand which includes funding and mentoring opportunities.

Laura devised and is delivering an action-learning opportunity for 7 creative practitioners to take their practice to the next level through mentoring, guidance and seed funding. The opportunity involves:

  • Seed funding to plan, deliver and evaluate a creative health project in Medway which supports local health priorities and helps practitioners evolve their creative health practice.
  • Mentoring and guidance to help practitioners develop and deliver their project and work towards their creative health career goals.
  • Being part of a community of practice and peer support with other creatives.
  • Making new connections with the health, social care, voluntary and community sectors in Medway.
